Since the first day ScatterGun Lodge opened in 2000, the incredible talents of our Executive Chef Nigel Richardson have been apparent. Having worked at fine restaurants all over the world, Nigel's culinary skills have delighted guest beyond their wildest imaginations.

Dining at ScatterGun is a delightful mixture of old fashioned country cooking and true five star cuisines. "Home Made" takes on a brand new meaning in Nigel's kitchen. Fresh baked breads and pastries, hand made hor d' oeuvres and of course his ever present variety of homemade soups combine to make dining at ScatterGun an experience you will never forget.

When it comes to entrees, hold on to your hat. Over the years guests return with anxious anticipation for delectable table fare such as buffalo prime rib, 24-day dry ages steaks, and of course the always changing accompaniments that make dining at ScatterGun a true culinary experience.

After dinner, guest enjoy sharing with Nigel his exploits as one of the most famous fly-fishing guides in North America. His scrapbook includes famous people such as Dan Rather, General Norman Schwartzkoff, comedian Bob Hope and the list goes on.
